Booking & Cancellation Policy

Reservations
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. We will hold your card on file at the time of booking. A $50 fee will be charged in the event of a no-show, or if you cancel or reschedule less than 12 hours prior to your appointment.
First-Time Clients
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your scalp analysis and consultation.
We kindly ask all first-time clients to submit the Client Intake Form at least 12 hours before your appointment.
If you complete the form on the day of your treatment, this may reduce your treatment time.
Hair drying or blow-drying is not included in the head spa treatment.
Please allow extra time to dry your hair after your session. We provide towels and a self-drying station for your convenience.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened session.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Health & Safety/ Please notify us of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.
Your safety and comfort are our top priority.
Payment & Gratuity
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Gratuity is not included in the service price but is always appreciated.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on completed services, packages, or gift cards.
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please inform us during your visit so we can address your concerns promptly.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows.
